This local area’s favorite bar, with a fully equipped kitchen has a 6-cop liquor license, allowing smoking inside as long as food service dos not exceed 10% of sales. 

Licensed for 60 seats, with a separate game room, with table, seating, pool tables, dart, video games and features a large fireplace. 

A large bar with huge assortment of liquors, beer (bottled and taps) full kitchen behind bar, with stove, oven, grill, large hood system, fryer, slicer, prep tables, large walk-in cooler, freezer, storage room, cookware, supplies, beer coolers and much more. 

The bar area is busy all day with friendly locals and fishermen spreading their fishing tales to one another. 

The back part of the bar/restaurant is the entertainment room, where live bands play on weekends, when customers use our dance floor, sit and dine on tables, or go out rear sliding glass doors to appreciate the park’s natural beauty. 

The bar building was built in 1950, is 3360 sq. Ft. and the décor, fixtures and furnishings, have been mostly updated, newly painted and a new roof added.

The Seller, due to the no smoking laws, has kept his menu down to a minimum so as not to exceed the 10% of sales, to maintain smokers in the bar. 

With all the kitchen equipment, the menu can be enlarged to include full lunches and dinner entrees, when smokers can use the huge outdoor facilities.
